Strict Quality AssuranceGlobal Versa Radiology's committment to quality assurance is a top priority. Every patient is treated like a family member, and every client is treated as if they are our only one. Assuring the quality of our readings is of the utmost importance to our organization. Readings and response times undergo an ongoing peer review QA process. Our physicians receive randomized exams recently read by different Radiologists in the group on a weekly basis, and the original interpretaion is evaluated for correctness and clarity. Any discrepancies are immediately addressed by our QA Committee and we provide our statistical analysis of physician performance to our clients. In addition, our technical staff continuously monitors both the average and specific response times of our Radiologists. Quality of service (QOS) at GVR is also continuously monitored . Our clients are always encouraged to address any and all QA issues they may have, directly with the GVR team. All discrepancies are thoroughly followed up and documented. Quarterly reports will be delivered via letter or email to all GVR clients, documenting the number and types discrepancies that have occurred, as well as response times and QOS.
